WHOLESALE RULING OFF NEW ORLEANS LA March 5 For his ride on the mare Bristol in the steeplechase today jockey T Corner is ruled off the turf turfWhat What is probably the last of the steeplechase scandal was handed out by the stewards today Jockeys G Ellison A Bartley D Brazil W Penn D Gaddy and T McHugh are ruled off the turf The further entry of the horses Dagmar and Coley is refused at the track It is also recommended that the further entries of Ed Richardson owner be refused The horse Dagmar is disqualified for all moneys won by him for violation of the rules governing registration and ownership by W H White The latter must refund the sum of 1450 won by the horse before March 15 1902 to be dis ¬ tributed among the proper owners as their interests may appear or stand ruled off the turf together with the horse
