His dam was a good race mare. She won sixteen races, some stakes among them. Lackfoot, by Lackford — Shoes, was bred by Milton Young at McGratliiana Stud. He is a May foal. J. J. Walsh bought him for 00 last September. Shoes, his dam. is a young mare and is a half sister to Poor Boy. Little Barefoot, the second dam, was a stake winner. Creation, by Altainax — Recreation, was bred by Burns and Waterhouse at the Candelaria Stud Farm in California. He is an April foal and was sold to J. J. Follansbee for 1907.sh50 In July.
