March 0. -In the Pickwkk Steeplechase Handicap at city Park this afternoon, was shown thai John Ferriss, Jr.. has in St. Volma, the besl juniper now racing in the soutfa w.st. st. v.ilma won the Cosuk politan Hurdle Stakes, January 17. and he came back today proving himself a.- good through the held as over the hurdles carrying top weight, running away from the others and winning bj a dosen lengths after being , eased up.
