NORFOLKS INAUGURAL MEETING. The track of the Jamestown Jockey Club is a mile oval, witli grandstand, paddock, clubhouse, and stable accommodation for 42.. horses. The plant is built qpon the grounds of the Norfolk Country "lull. It is on the road between Norfolk and Jamestown and Is readied by the electric line running between these two cities. The grounds are on a bluff facing the historic Hampton Bnads. The first meeting is to open next Monday under the direction of Sheridan Clark, but persons wise in the management of race meetings do not believe that the venture will be attended by great success. Horsemen are slow about shipping there and It Is quite likely that horses of the best qualities will bp exceedingly scarce. i
