KENTUCKY FALL RACING DATES ALLOTTED Lexington Louisville and Latonia Given Dates De ¬ sired with Bookmakinff Barred from All AllLexington Lexington Ky September 7 Fortynine days for fall racing were allotted by the Kentucky State Racing Commission at its meeting here today as follows followsLexington Lexington Saturday September 19 to Saturday September 2fi 7 days daysLouisville Louisville Monday September 28 to Saturday October 17 IS days daysLatonia Latonia Monday October 19 to Saturday Novem ¬ ber daysThe 14 24 days The meeting at Louisville will be conducted nt Douglas Park Messrs O A Tilles and John Hacli meister representing th Latonia Jockey Club were here to present the application for dates at X itonla which was accompanied with a request for privilege to conduct the meeting with bookmakers The Com ¬ mission granted the dates without hesitation but stood pat on its rule adopted last spring for barring bookmaking The meeting here and at Louisville will be conducted with auction and parinmtuel bet ¬ ting tingWhether Whether the Latonia Jockey Club will run the meeting with the parimntuels or keen the track closed or go into the courts for a decision as to tlie rights of the State Racing Commission to say that iKWkmakcrs shall not operate on the Kentucky tracks is a matter for future determination Atessrs Tilles and Hachnieistcr could not say what course would be taken today A meeting of the stockholders of the Latonia Jockey Club is to be held in the near future to make a decision
