It was a splendid race and resulted in a dead heat between tin Derby winner. Lcmlteig. and Neil Cow, ridden by Pannv Mauer. the American Jockey. Placidns finished third. The stakes were divided. Among the unplaced starters were Waldorf Astors Mirador and Sa lands. H. I. Whitneys Borrow, by Hamburg — Forget, won the Great Kingston Two-Year-Old Plato, MB sovereigns, live furlongs. Braxted was second and Charles Carrolls Queen Tii third in a field of eleven.
