SAMUEL EMERYS RACING PLANS New York October 22 O J Decker will race Master Robert at Jacksonville for Samuel Emery this winter Two seasons back it took a firstclass horse to measure strides with Master Robert Ills victory over Fair Play ill the Belmont Park Autumn WeightforAge Stakes at two miles and a quarter stamped him a horse pf class He was on the shelf the greater part of last season owing to a bowed tendon but responded to treatment and will proba ¬ bly stand a winter campaign Mr Emery will race a stable of goodly proportions next year The horses to carry the blue and gold stripes will be youngsters and Mr Emery hopes to develop Another Dry Mono pole the great sou of Glehelg Peru that raced in the colors of Emery Cotton Mr Emery lias sold the fiveyearold bay stallion Marengo to Cliarles Kohler Marengo is by the English sire Semprohlus out of Marechal Neil a sister to Rlioda B the dam of Orby which won the Epsom Derby under the pale blue silks of Richard Croker in 1907
