WILL BE READY FOR HORSES AUGUST 7. Spokane, AVash., July 25. General Manager Hd Shelton of the Coeur d Alone Fair and Raciug Association announces that the Alan track will soon bo ready to receive horses, the management planning; io have everything iu readiness by August 7, when the ATancouver horsemen will commence to arrive. Mr. Shelton and Secretary Frank Smith made a flying trip to the track yesterday afternoon and returned much elated with the progress made by W. AA Finn and his construction crew.
