Grainger was re-elected president of the Louisville Baring --••• i.-uioii. the holding company for Churchill Downs and Douglas Park, at the annual election lute yesterday. Other oahcen were re-elected, Inclndlug Vice-president an. I General Manager Matt .1. Winn. and Treasurer IP C. Applegate. The newlj electeil lUHeers, with John Hachmeister, of Cincinnati au-i Louis Cells of st. Louis, wire re-elected directors. Each track thereafter will hold separate meetings. Following the meeting Mr. Winn and others declared the same to have been entirely bar monious ami not marked by the slightest friction.
