MAMITA set the early pace and quit badly. I.EIAI.OHA was eased up all the way. ROSE OF JEDDAH was prominent when she fell in the tirst quarter. IRISHTOWN fell over her. CORE liked the stiff going, was well up throughout ami but for stumbling in the last stride would have been third. SPRINGMASS was beaten off all the way.
