ARRANGEMENTS OF NEW OTTAWA COURSE. Ottawa, Out.. March 7.— The plans of the Con naught Park Jockey Club call for the construction of a grandstand with a seating rapacity of :;,ooo. below which there will be a spacious tea room ami dining hall. The stand will he a single decker, about 880 feel long and wilh a special section eon mining i«oxcs for members. In front of the stand there will in. hsj feet of green burn, with a tea-foot drop. The clubhouse, about fifty yards south of the stand, will be a two story structure with a spacious veranda and balcony.
