CHARLES F GRAINGER GETS APPOINTMENT Lexington Ky June 8 Governor James B Mc Creary this morning announced that lie had ap ¬ pointed Charles F Grainger president of the New Louisville Jockey Club to succeed Col K F Clay who recently resigned as a member of the Kentucky State Racing Commission Col Milton Young the vicechairman will succeed Colonel Clay as chair man He said today that he did not know when the next meeting of the Commission will be held Air Grainger was a member of the first Commission serving from April 1OG to April 1910 Ills term will expire in April 1914
