GOOD PROGRESS AT HAVRE DE GRACE Buffalo N Y July 20 Several horsemen who went to Baltimore at the conclusion of the Windsor meeting report much progress on the work of con ¬ structing tho new track at Havre de Grace The grandstand paddock and other buildings have been practically completed and all that remains to be done to the track proper is the ton dressing of the homestretch The grandstand is 240 feet long Tho club will IK able to accommodate 300 horses by August fi The construction work is being done under the charge of contractor Leavitt who built the Saratoga and Blue Bonn6ts tracks About twenty stables are at Baltimore awaiting tho opening of tho new track including those of Frank Regan Frank Frlsbio W Keating R L Rites C H Davids W Savage F Gardner William Scully Theodore F Coles A B Davidson J W Pangle H C Eaton nnd W H Congdon
