UNITED HUNTS FALL PROGRAM New York Sepiembe t un Ing Association has arranged three days of sport for the autumn meeting at Bclmont Park Terminal L I The dates are October 20 and 30 and No ¬ vember 2 Five races will be run each day dayA A feature of the first days card will be the General Sheridan Army Officers Plate for horses owned by the government or army officers The dis ¬ tance is about two miles on the llat and army officers in dress uniform will have the mounts The Blemton Steeplechase at about two and a half miles also will be decided that da Horses owned by Uncle Sam and officers in the regular service for the National Guard will run for the Marine Plate at about two miles on the llat which is the attraction on the second day together with the Corinthian open handicap steeple ¬ chase chaseThree Three important events will be decided on the third day The Hunters Champion Steeplechase at about four miles will bo run for the tenth time The Great United Hunts Steeplechase Handicap at about three miles and a furlong with 1000 added to sweepstakes of 25 each is a big race while army horses and riders will provide the Bclmont Military Steeplechase at about two miles and a half Entries to all races close on October 14 with Georgo W Gall clerk of the course
