RACING TO RESUME AT MINERAL SPRINGS Another term of racing over the new track of the Mineral Springs Jockey Club Is to begin this after ¬ noon and a card of five races is presented as the attraction Thirtynine horses have been entered more than were generally suptx sed to have been kept at the track A special train will leave the LaSalle street depot at 108 p m over the Lake Shore road to convey spectators to tin track from Chicago and will bring them back after the races are ovcir ovcirIt It Is understood that in ease of no farther mili ¬ tary Interference an effort will IH made to carry on racing to the end of the period allowed by tho Seller law AVhat the attitude of the governor may bu in th matter remains to be disclosed
