JAMESTOWN RACING SAFE MAGISTRATE RENDERS IMPORTANT DECISION IN CASE AGAINST BOOKMAKERS. Representative of State Announces After Accused Layers Are Discharged That Attempts to Stop Betting at Jamestown Will Be Abandoned. Norfolk. Va., January 24.
