MINERAL SPRINGS MEETING ANNOUNCED The management of the Mineral Springs Jockey Club announced yesterday that three nice meetings each of fifteen days duration will H conducted this summer and fall at the Porter Ind track where an unsuccessful attempt was made to estab ¬ lish racing last fall The first meeting acording to announcement will open June 28 and continue for fifteen consecutive days closing on July 15 Other meetings are planned for August and Sep tcinlicr tcinlicrIt It is probable that the tentative plans for in ¬ stalling the parimutnel system of betting will IM alKindoiicd and that an oral system that will not Infringe on the Indiana law will be cmplovcd for what speculation may be indulged in The manage ¬ ment has nothing definite to announce regarding this phase of the matter however It is nuder st Md that the plans for the racing have been sub ¬ mitted to those in authority
