MANAGER APPOINTED FOR PORTER TRACK The directors of the Mineral Springs Jockey Club announced yesterday the appointments of lUchard Dwver as general manager and T S Wallace as racing secretary for the three meetings of fifteen days each that it Is proposed to hold at the Porter Ind track this summer and fall Mr Dwycr will arrive bore from San Francisco on Monday next and will Immediately take charge of the arrangements for the meeting which is to open oil June 2S
