NEW TRACK READY FOR RACING Montreal Que September 10 Everything is in readiness for the inaugural meeting of the Dorval Park Jockey Club which will immediatly follow the closing of the meeting at Blue Bonnets next Satur ¬ day The plant Is practically finished all that re ¬ mains to be done being to clear the space between the stand and the track The stables have been completed and are ready for the reception of the horses to be transferred from the course of the Montreal Jockey Club The new plant at Dorval is within four miles of Blue Bonnets so that the horses can be walked over The track itself is in splendid condition the recent rain having done much good in the way of settling It The stand is built on an angle so that everyone seated in it will have u good view of the racing at all stages stagesManager Manager nolman has the assurance of the majority of the owners at Blue Uonnets that they will race it Dorval Many who had intended shipping to Havre de Grace at the conclusion of the Montreal Jockey Clubs meeting have changed their plans ami will take advantage of the extra six days racing at Dorval There will be a free handicap eacb afternoon as well as six other races with purses of good value It is the aim of the club to make the Inaugural meeting a memorable one oneITntries ITntries for the opening day close on Saturday Arrangements will be made to accept entries at Ulue Hounds from the horsemen who will bo racing there m Saturday afternoon Practically the same of ¬ ficials fcrviiig at Blue Bonnets with the exception rf the stewards will have charge at Dorval The providing steward at Dorval will be Tosenh A Mur phv and the presiding judge Joseph J Burke
