SAN VEGA, probably best, was crowded out at the start and closed a big g gip. but tired near the end. IIOCNIR showed the most speed for the first half mile and tired, but finished d resolutely. Start bad and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. MOTHER KATCHAM ran prominently from the start and stood a hard drive through the stretch, but tired and just lasted long enough to win. COUNTERPART moved up fast in the stretch after losing ground on tho turn and finished gamely and gaining. WIXTERGREEX, probably best, had to be eased up in tho last sixteenth when suffering from interference. KIVA set a fast pace and tired in the last eighth. Y.MIR began slowly, but was going fast at the time of the interference, which cost him second place. PRINCESS CALLAWAY retired from contention after going a half mile. BIRDIE WILLIAMS showed the most early speed, but tired when challenged in the stretch. THEODORITA ran well, but was given a weak ride and just lasted long enough to bold third place. MISS BARX HARBOR came fast in the stretch. CHRISTMAS EVE ran fairly well. BARBARA LAXE was forced; to go wide through the entire race. Scratched 11731 Thaka. 105: 11704 Bracktown Belle, 112. AMOX was a forward contender from the start and staved fairly welj in the stretch drive. EFFEXDI sulked most of the way and was almost thrown when LODOXA swerved into him In the last eighth.
