The latter was off forwardly and showed a good turn of speed in pacemaking and finished resolutelv. STONEHENGE was a forward contender from the start. MARGARET MEISE was off slowly and closed a big gap. MILKY WAY finished well. BATTLING NELSON and AUNT ELSIE made up ground. RINGLING was in a jam on llii- first turn and crowded against the fence, then closed a big gap and ran an excellent race. ALL GOLD finished with a rush. VENETA STROME was cut off and knocked back on the last turn and came fast through the stretch.
