AMERICANS RETURNING FROM EUROPE. New York, November 25. Two American jockeys returned on the North German Lloyd liner George AVashington, with their pockets bulging with money earned in Europe. The jockeys "were Frank ONeill and Michael Miles. Both have been .riding abroad for several seasons. ONeill won 102 races out of 800 mounts in France. Miles won 52 out of 230 in Austria. Fred Taral, trainer for Weinberg Bros., Berlin, was also a passenger. He said his stable won 27,000 during the season. The last race, ridden by Tommy Burns, the jockey who was killed on the elevated railroad in Brooklyn recently, was for his stable, Taral said.
