NO SPRING MEETING AT HOT SPRINGS. Hot Springs, Ark.. February 11. It has been dellnitely decided by those in charge of the movement lo revive racing here to defer the attempt until next fall. Aside from the inability of the committee i i raise the 10,000 required by the owners of the Oakiawn track to guarantee the expenses of tin-proposed meeting, the conclusion was reached that the lime intervening before St. Patricks Day. tha date proposed for the opening, would lie instillicient to put the track in condition for racing and make the necessary arrangements for the meeting. The local business men who conducted the negotiations with L. A. Cella of St. Iiuis for the use of the k track are intensely interested in the plan to revive W racing here and at the proper time will again take the initiative;
