WINDSORS PRIZE FOR CANADIAN HORSES. Detroit. Mich.. August 0. — A great race for tha Canadian bred horses will take place during the Windsor meeting which b.gins next Satarday, With the exception of the Kings Plate, the leading opening Bxtnre of the Toronto spring meeting, the Canadian Handicap is tin- most important slake provided exclusively for thoroughbreds tired in the Dominion. This race is over a mile route, and has a cash value of ,888. The event being a handicap, the candidates are all or more or less afforded a chance at the desirable prize.
