RAIN DETRACTS FROM WINDSOR RACING. Celto Takes the Feature Race — Barnepat Wins the Teciimsch Handicap with Ease. Detroit, Mich.. Harnegal scored a Tandy victory in the Tecum seh Handicap when he beat Fountain lay. Incidentally it was the second parse that the Watklna stable has won on the Canadian circuit this season. Among the visitors here today was II. D. Br04n who arrived from the west yesterday. Mr. l.r w u is on ins way to I.uflali and Toronto, where be will remain for several days. He will lie at Saratoga next week and from there will go t i New Sort p. sail for Havana.
