October 8. — A motion for an injunction n was filed today In the circuit court to to restrain jockey Mack Garner from riding for any person other than W. M. Cain. The services of of ;«rner have been litigated since last spring, when on he quit the employ of Cain, to whom he was apprenticed, to ride for J. L. Holland. Thus far •I Cain has been sustained, although the liov has con- in- tiuued in Hollands service.
