Ark., February 12. — The Oaklawn track will utilize twenty of the thirty racing days here this spring, nccordtug to iiiicral Manager J i siph A. Martin, who is now in New Orleans to I interest horsemen in the meeting he-re-. Tie-re will he no -take races at Oaklawn. I lit overnight handicupa and purse- races will be provided for the batter grade of horses. According to pre. nt plans no two-year-aid races will be carded. J. R. Campbell will be associate judge- and sec-let i iv and A. R. Dade- will do the starting.
