THE FINN RECOVERING FROM INJURY. New York, July 13. Edward Heffner says he does not Intend to take part in the racing at Empire City, but will ship the Ilallenbeck liorses to Saratoga about July 18. He says that The Finn Is coming around finely and rapidly recovering from the Injury he received in his last race. He expects to send the splendid sou of Ogden Livonia to the post some time during the Saratoga meeting There are nine two-year-olds in the nallenbeck string, two of which are American-bred and the others, importations from the Rugby Stud, England. He will send them all to Saratoga, but he does not expect to see the English youngsters run until about the latter part of the meeting.
