NO INTERFERENCE AT THORNCLIFFE PARK. Toronto, Out., July 23. The inaugural meeting of the ThornelifTo Park Breeding and Racing Association opened Saturday without any interference on the part of tho authorities. Just before the races it was announced that the government would grant a stated case as to validity of the charter, the case to be iieard in September. In the meantime racing will continue for the scheduled seven days.
