FINAL DAY OF SPORT AT SARATOGA SaRitoga N Y August 30 All that is necessary for a liefitting finale to a most wonderful seasun of sport is a beneficent sun and a fast track tomor ¬ row Preparations have been made for the enter ¬ tainment of the largest crowd of the meeting meetingPresident President Richard T AAilson said in discussing the meeting today We have had a remarkable meeting in every way and speaking for the directoi ate I want to thank all those who have supported us so generously AVe have endeavored to provide a program which would furnish the best possible sport That our efforts have been appreciated i shown by the patronage of thousands who have come from all over this country and Canada for the month of August They have seen many recordbreaking feats and some of the most brilliant racing that any of us can recall recallSaturday Saturday evening and Sunday will find many of those who have been entertained by the SaRitoga management on their way to their various homes They will have plenty to recall in connection with the racing tests which have made this meeting most notable This will be especially true in the case of that portion of the public from distant points which find in Saratoga a panacea for the business trials of the other eleven months of tin year The waters the sport and the general environ ¬ ment all play their respective parts in rounding out a perfect holiday
