ROSSETER TO RACE IN NEW ORLEANS ORLEANSSt St Louis Mo September la Another millionaire recruit for the winter racing at New Orleans has bfen secured in the person of J H Rosseter of California In a letter to Joseph A Murphy George Strate who acts as manager of the Rosseter stable has asked for stalls for twelve horses They will be in charge of Charles Casey and jockey A Johnson will do the riding ridingMr Mr Rosseter has gone into the breeding of thor ¬ oughbreds on a pretentious scale in California and recently purchased some fine mares from John Madden He is chairman of the Pacific Coast Jockey Club which will control racing vrhcn It comes back in the Golden State Mr Murphy has written Mr Rosseter urging him if possible to spend part of the winter at New Orleans From present prospects the racing at New Orleans this winter will in the matter of class far outstrip any recent year
