hauling if In an effort to speed up the temporary stand electric lights wen strung and the workmen labored through the night nightThen Then were plenty of men available for the work and all seemed eager to do their part to assist in getting the ircing plant in order for the opening on Wednesday The new grandstand which is to serve this winter will not be erected on the situ of the old one but instead it will be closer1 to the main entrance This will result in moving the finishing line onesixteenth of a mile down the homestretch and necessitate the removal of the Judges stand The stretch at the Fair Grounds is amply long and the change will IK beneficial in that it will give the horses a longer straightaway to the first turn in races at one mile or farther fartherTraining Training
