LATEST LEXINGTON TURF GOSSIP LEXINGTON, Ky.. October 23 A number of horsemen are expected here tomorrow from Latonia, to observe the yearling trials at the Kentucky Jockey Club track. Track conditions will -be perfect . unless there should be rain. There is a rumor afloat here to. the effect that Man o War may make his first season in the stud at Miss Elizabeth Daingerfields Haylands farm. . Joseph. E. Widener and Mrs. Widener and party of "friends who today areat Latonia, to witness the Latonia Championship, spent yesterday at the Widener form here. Mr. Widener stated that the report that he had purchased Green Hills from the James B Huggin estate is untrue. The rmares Sanberia, Sun Glow II., Phencia. Farce Feminits, Martigold JOannina and Duckshot, owned by George D. Widener, have arrived at Hay-lauijs farm from Pennsylvania. George Mi Hendries Great Britain is to make the 1021 season at Harry Morrisseys Keraplnnd farm. W. L. Young has claimed names as follows for three yearlings now in charge or June Collins and to carry his colors next season: North Tower, for bay colt, by North Star III. Tower of Candles; Peace Pal, for chestnut colt, by Dick Finnell Peace, and Evening Stories, for bay filly, by Helmet Bedtime Stories. Star Flight, dam of Sun Yat, witli her brown colt by jildck Jester and bred back to that horse, the property i of Admiral Cary Grayson, arrived at Hay-lauds Ftirin this week. H, O. Rugan has left a yearling filly, by Ormon-dale Magna Stella, with R. C. Frakes to be broken at the Kentucky Jockey Club track, while "the mares lie, purchased last February from John E. Madden anil the foals they since have dropped have been Beat to his farm near Mt. Sterling. I
