NEW YEARS HANDICAP PROSPECTS HAVANA, Cuba, December 30. Unless more rain falls the track should be in fair condition for tin-New Years Handicap Saturday. There is no possible chance, however, that the track will be fast for the running of that race. From present indications it, appears that a field of at least tea will be named, the field to be drawn from the following good racers: Cromwell. Pastoral Swain, Lackawanna. Walnut Hall, War Zone, Rally, Penelope. Itread Man, Allivan, Azurita, Herrou, Run-crana, Just Fancy and Sweep Clean.
