START TOLEDO RACING TODAY TOLEDO, Ohio, October 16. Everything is ready for the fall meeting at the Fort Miami track, which opens tomorrow. Judge Murphy arrived from Chicago, well pleased with the success of the Hawthorne meeting. He will have as associates here F. W. Gerhardy and W. R. Norvell. George T. Miller will do the starting and W. R. Norvell will be racing secretary. Numerous horses arrived today from Chicago and Maple Heights. S. Polk and his crack apprentice M. Fator arrived from the latter place. Prospects were never better for a j;ood meeting, with plenty of horses available for the racing and a great amount of interest manifested locally as well as in the surrounding towns.
