JERRY was hard ridden all the way and finished gradually wearing the winner down. CHROME ran well and outstayed Merry Lass. The latter showed speed, but tired in the final sixteenth. SILK SOX raced MIDIA into defeat, then forged to the front and under hard riding outstayed IT. The latter raced gamely and finished fast. CHOIR MASTER, after beginning slowly, ran a good race in going made to order for him. MIDIA, from a fast outside start, showed the most early speed, but tired badly after turning for lione.
