WATCH PRIZE FOE RIDER HAVRE DE GRACE Md April 15 Ed ¬ ward Burke general manager of the Havre de Grace course announced that as usual a handsome Tiffany split second watch would be given to the jockey riding the greatest number of winners at the meeting Although some of the other associations have eliminated the custom of giving prizes to the winning rider Mr Burke keeps it up He considers that it is an incentive to the boys and has a tendency to keep the riders on their toes
