the first turn of the field moved up with a rush after taking the ninth fence assumed command and then when called upon could not stave off the rush of the winner BQIS CHABOT jumped well saved ground all the way and had no mishaps in the running LA TOUCHE made a determined bid after taking the ninth fence made an extremely bad landing at the final fence and was not unduly persevered with at the finish YEMASEE showed speed on the flat but made a bad landing at the fifth fence and was pratically eliminated from serious contention THE BEAK fell at the third fence Scratched 93503 Torturer 146 ground entering the stretch and then faltered after assuming command MIQUELON from a slow start came through on the inside and closed willingly JUDFRY was carried wide by REACT entering the stretch losing much ground KENS POP raced well all the way PAT N MIKE had early speed and then faltered TREADON showed a good effort REACT bore out turning for home POSTAGE DUE could not keep up CLASSIC
