Del Mar Seeks to Join TRA LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 27.— The Del Mar Turf Club, operators of the Del Mar track in southern California, has made application for membership in the Thoroughbred Racing Association of America. This action on the part of Bing Crosby, president of the West Coast course, and his associates was disclosed here today by Alex Robb, secretary of TRA.
