jumped poorly at the ninth and thirteenth fences PICO BLANCO II fenced well and had no mishaps GENERAL HAY always outrun overtook tired horses in the late stages MEETING HOUSE showed nothing TREFORD was moving to the leader when he fell at the fourteenth jump FOREST RANGER had speed but fell at the eighth There was a foul claimed against the winner by the rider of FAY COTTAGE but it was not
