Whitney Endorses New Track TrackAQUEDUCT AQUEDUCT L L N Y June 17 A cablegram was received today from Col John Hay Whitney serving with the Armed Forces in Italy endorsing the plans for the new track somewhere in the Flushing Queens area The new venture to be com ¬ pleted after the war will be known as Greentree Park a tribute to the late Payne and the present Mrs Whitney Plans for the track have been drawn and the new plant will likely take over the dates now assigned to Saratoga The plans for the new track were submitted to and approved by the Queens County Board of Planners The site is a nonrestricted area in Queens
