I , j Attorney States Construction Of Track at Puente to Begin LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 7.— Attorney Albert Pearlson, representing the Southern California Jockey Club, has notified the California Horse Racing Board that his client will begin construction at once of a ,500,000 race track at Puente. about 25 miles east of here. Pearlson stated he had ascertained that incorporation papers for the track had been filed on March 13, 1941, six months before it was necessary for approval by the horse racing board before construction of the track could begin.
