GOOD ID SAL PARK RACING The Oregon Stables Harold Tendency mare Haroldine Hairline will race no more The mare made her last appearance in yesterdays third Ideal Park race She was well played to win but ran disappointingly and after the race dropped dead in the paddock Haroldine Hairline was a fair sell ¬ ing King plater platter of erratic performance and the turf will not feel the loss lossYesterdays cosseted Yesterdays track was made stiff by frost and the going was lumpy and unsafe The ring laid up some money All the five favorites were beaten The racing was interesting three of the finishes being of the nod order Ben Wad dells win from Miss Frances in the last event was the closest Only judicial eyes could de ¬ cide chide it Miss Frances was played for a good thing despite the fact that she had Jennie June to beat She disposed of Jennie all right and at the sixteenth pole looked all over a winner but Ben Waddel Waddell came with a well timed rush right on the end and just beat the Oakley Ankle Stables filly by a short nose Gouin Gouging rode the winner strongly stronglySunnys strongly Sunnys Sunny victory in the mile and CanewOods Lancewood in the fourth were both the result of Clays good riding May Thompson was a warm choice in the Sunny race and should have won but she was unlucky ia getting away Her race was by far the best bestWhitcomb betwixt Whitcomb Witco seemed to have Canewood Lancewood beaten at the head of the stretch but Clay kept at work on Canewood Lancewood and clearly outfinishing optimizing Leigh won on the worst horse horseThe horseshoe The twoyearold toehold eveut event was an easy thing for Swordsman and Minerva in a soft spot and at a good price had little trouble in winning the opening fivefurlong riverfront dash dashThe dash The Ideal meeting closes today with a good card
