WILLIAMS PLEASED WITH NEW TRACK. President Thomas H. Williams, of the New California Jockey Chafe, says the new track at Santa Anita Park is a "wonderful race course when you leinendier that it was built in ten weeks. It has a seven furlongs chute and a mile with practically one turn. The soil is admirably adapted for a race track. With the improvements contemplated. Santa Anita promises to be one of the best equipped tracks in the con try."
