BURLEW ONEILL OFF TO FRANCE New York September 21 Fred Burlew and Frank ONeill the former jockey who have been turf part ¬ ners for several years racing in the name of the B 6 Stable have decided to quit the American turf They will sail for France Wednesday taking along Joe Kelley their foreman They intend to buy a number of horses on the other side and race them as they cannot take American race horses with them Burlew has several places to be used for training quarters In view and as soon as he arrives in France one of them will be engaged For two winters Burlew ONeill were the lendlne owners at New Orleans where they raced a big string of horses They will go abroad with plenty of money
