RACING GOSSIP FROM THE EAST New York D Frank Taylor 1ms taken one of Tom Welshs stables ut Sheepshead Bay Faimtleroy and Adams Express show improvement in appearance already They have not been two weeks out of training yet Taylor will increase his stable this week with Chlekasaw Hcrodia and Ballymena which have been turned out outWilliam William McGivney has Blundnra at Gravesend and though he stables outside tlie enclosure he uses the paddock in which to do his jogging The goodlnoking filly Eliuora has joined the McGivney string and In a few weeks he expects to have three more in his string John Rogers who trained the Lakeland filly Annie Seller with some success at JRiincstown has arrived at Gravesend This filly worked extra well for William Lakeland last season seasonJames James McLaughlin has added to his lot the chest ¬ nut colt Gold Pitcher by Golden Garter the prop ° AIr Dloguardi who had a few twoyearolds at itjlof the Graveseud track last season Forester the brother to Fauutleroy looks so well that Mr Mc Langhlin intends to give him a good chance to show It If it is in him His three yearlings are like ¬ wise DlxonTton good lookers especially two by Sir DlxonT ton Leighton who is training for Mr Earle has 1 tlVhrrlHstookluK oltB secn t either track at least that seems to be the consensus of opinion among the trainers They are H chestnut colt by Hermls Victoria M a ehostnut colt br one Coon La Creque and a chestnut colt by Blues hucharee The last named is a brother to Hildas oister
