KING GEORGE AMBITIOUS TO WIN A cable from London says that King George has developed a devotion to racing equal to that of his father He is dissatisfied witli the performance of his present string of horses and has Instructed Lord Marcus Beresford to buy for him half a dozen of the lx st yearllncs obtainable at the forthcoming Doncaster sale The list must include at least two Irish thoroughbreds Ixird Beresford has also bought for the king the wellknown champion jumper Twelfth Laucer
