LEXINGTON PURSE MONEY TO BE LIBERAL. Lexington, Ky., April 10. The Kentucky Association will give ,000 daily in added money to its program of seven races for each of the ten days of its fall meeting, to open here September 6. This was decided upon at a meeting held, here this morning, at which there were present Johnson N. Camden, vice-president; O. II. Chcnault, secretary; G. D. Wilson, and racing secretary W. H. Shelley. This means an increase of ,000 over the amount distributed to horsemen during its meeting last fall. There will be no purse of less than 00. Secretary Shelley will have program books ready for distribution next week. A number of improvements in the grounds, grandstand, track and stables were authorized.
