NEW ORLEANS RACING CERTAIN. New Orleans, La., August 10. At Wednesdays meeting of the Board of Directors of the Business Mens Racing Association of New Orleans, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: "That this Board of Directors hereby re-affirm its former resolution, namely: That the regular winter racing meeting of the Business Mens Racing Association, Inc., will take place nt the Fair Grounds in this city, beginning January, lj 1918,! and ending lebruary 12, 191S, being thirty-seven days of racing, and that any report to the contrary is unfounded and without truth.
