Teletimer at Delaware DelawareWILMINGTON WILMINGTON Del May 1 Delaware Park has joined Belmont Park Pimlicp and Hialeah as the fourth race track on the Atlantic seaboard to install the Teletimer and it will be in operation for the 30day meeting opening May 29 In addition the Teletimer wire setup will be used to connect the patrol judges booths and starters stand with the stewards box thus furnishing the stewards instantaneous information on the infraction of the rules at any given point of a race
